Oreo cheesecake.

When it's dark and cold outside, not to mention the dark time of upcoming exams I throw myself at everything that's sweet or salty to keep the mood up. Cookies, chocolate, biscuits, chips, fries, cheese doodles, chip and dip, some more chips and chocolate. But it has been a long time since I've baked something that doesn't take more then ten minutes to make. So I gave it a shot and ended up with a Oreo cheesecake. Yummy.

Recipe: Oreo Cheesecake by Sophie

Ingredients:
2 packs Oreo cookies
75 gram melted butter
2 dl milk
15 gram gelatin powder
1,5 dl cream
200 gram cream cheese
50 gram sugar

Put every oreo cookie (except for three) in a food processor until its all fine, then pour over the melted butter and stir it all together. Pour the mixture over in a little round form and press the sponge base down and together as much as you can. Put it in the fridge while you start on the creamy part.

Yes, I started with two pieces..
In a water-bath have your gelatin powder and some of the milk and stir it until it's all gone and even. Meanwhile whip up the cream. When the cream is done, put it away and stir the cream cheese and sugar together so it's silky looking. crush the remaining three oreo cookies in the mix. Carefully pour the milk mixture over to the cream cheese while it's still stirring, make sure that the milk gets mixed with all the cream cheese. Then carefully turn in the cream. Pour the cheese batter over to the sponge and have it in the fridge for at least two hours before you enjoy your Oreo Cheesecake.
